CDP Consultant (Tealium) – Fully Remote (Germany-based)

Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Data Platform (CDP) Consultant to join their growing team and support leading brands in building smarter, more personalised customer journeys. This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates based in Germany.

In this role, you’ll act as a strategic link between business goals and technical delivery – designing and guiding the implementation of Tealium-based CDP solutions. You’ll help clients make the most of their customer data by shaping audience strategies, enhancing orchestration, and improving campaign activation.

Key responsibilities :

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define objectives, map customer journeys, and identify valuable data use cases
• Translate business goals into scalable Tealium CDP configurations and activation plans
• Guide clients on best practices for segmentation, personalisation, and cross-channel engagement
• Offer strategic input on data architecture, including Data Layer structure and integration touchpoints
• Ensure all solutions meet relevant data privacy and governance standards (e.g. CCPA)
• Work hand-in-hand with both marketing and tech teams to ensure smooth, effective delivery of CDP initiatives

What you’ll bring :

• Strong hands-on experience with Tealium products – especially AudienceStream, iQ Tag Management, and EventStream
• A deep understanding of customer data strategies , martech ecosystems , and how to activate insights across multiple channels
• Technical know-how in areas like API connections , tagging frameworks , and identity resolution
• Confidence to challenge assumptions and shape data-driven solutions with a commercial mindset
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and drive clear outcomes
