DHL Group is offering an internship in Customer Emission Reporting under their ESG Controlling team. The role focuses on supporting month-end close, ESG KPI analysis, and digitalizing reporting using PowerBI.

English and German language skills are necessary, with Bachelor or Master level candidates eligible for the 6+6 month program. Interns will gain international exposure, mentorship, and access to leadership training as part of the UPGRADE program, with a potential extension.

To provide overall Controlling & Reporting support to the local ESG Controlling team by developing and expanding on various emission & sustainability reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support month end closing and perform analyses at multiple levels for ESG KPI
• Support in further digitalizing reporting (e.g. via PowerBi Reports, etc.)
• Support Forecasting and Planning of ESG KPI's
• Active participation to the adherence to ESG controls according to the implemented Control framework
• Support required projects and system implementations as needed
• Contribute to the development and implementation of improvements to increase efficiency of ESG Reporting processes without compromising quality
