The Opportunity:
As an expert in defense missions, your unique background inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don’t. We need your extensive defense knowledge and advisory skills to solve some of our clients’ most complex problems—and find solutions that keep our nation safe.

As a CBRN Plans and Operations Analyst, you’ll bring your defense consulting expertise to work alongside thought leaders in special operations activities on projects for the DoD client. You’ll use your expertise to support CWMD special operations planning and operations. You will work with us on all matters related to crisis response to WMD and CBRN environments. You’ll participate in training, requirements development, and sustainment for critical CCMD exercises. You will monitor baseline activities and current and future operations to provide oversight and advice to the client regarding execution of key tasks in support of crisis response. You’ll provide analytical support for the Service Component Command through interpretation, advice, and guidance based on current DoD, Joint Staff, and GCC policies, regulations, and publications for CWMD relating to OPLANs and CONPLANs. You will also integrate Joint Force, interagency, international, and multinational (JIM) partners into CCMD CWMD strategy, plans, policies, authorities, orders, and activities. Advising the Service Component staff on CWMD risk management and mitigation strategies, you will apply your knowledge to operational problems through integration and synchronization across the staff to identify and address gaps and shortfalls affecting operational missions. You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a CWMD staff representative at the brigade level or higher
  • 3+ years of experience at a Combatant Command, Joint Staff, or Service Component Command level
  • Ability to analyze and advise senior leadership on CWMD and CBRN matters
  • Ability to assist with CBRN input for operational plans and orders
  • TS/SCI clearance

  • JPME II Certification
  • Bachelor's degree

Applicants will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

The projected salary range for this position is $61,900 to $141,000 annually. This range is a typical estimate and one component of our total compensation package. This posting closes within 90 days of the posting date.
