Job Purpose

Support the Category/Business manager in managing vendor operations to ensure data integrity, system efficiency, and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support product and vendor lifecycle management, system accuracy, and product adoption.
• Assist in vendor pricing strategies in collaboration with the profit team.
• Manage ship and debit processes with the central team in Barcelona.
• Coordinate with purchasing on stock management.
• Work with Business Intelligence to produce sales and stock reports and develop action plans.
• Achieve quarterly gross profit targets.
• Maintain operational relationships with vendors for product forecasting and planning.
• Contribute to business planning with vendor leads.
• Support sales with pricing, shipping, and product inquiries.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Highly numerate with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; familiarity with SAP R3 and Business Warehouse is a plus.
