Are you detail-oriented with good communication skills? Do you enjoy working in a cross-functional environment and solving problems? Our Merchant Services Team is the core of Wolt, ensuring our merchants succeed through seamless onboarding, menu, and catalog experiences. As Wolt grows, so must our Content Management and Catalog Operations.

We are seeking a Catalog Editing Specialist to oversee the daily operations of our dynamic team of menu and catalog specialists. You will ensure product information on the Wolt platform meets the highest standards of accuracy and compliance, improve processes, ensure regulatory adherence, and keep our menus and catalogs appealing and current.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for ensuring product information—especially in food and retail—is complete, understandable, and compliant.
• Collaborate closely with merchants, manufacturers, and internal teams like Legal, Product, Compliance, and Onboarding to resolve catalog issues and streamline operations.
• Ensure our product listings are consistent, brand-compliant, and aligned with food labeling regulations (LMIV).
• Manage catalog setup for new partners, from data verification to coordinating with merchants on missing or incorrect information.
• Support tool and automation improvements by providing practical feedback and learning to use simple tools and scripts for workflow optimization.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
• Positive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset
• Problem-solving skills with a creative approach to challenges
• Strong technical understanding—experience with large data processing, Excel, SQL, and basic programming (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Customer-oriented with good collaboration skills across technical abilities
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Knowledge of LMIV (Food Information Regulation): understanding of food labeling laws, especially in Germany
