Zusammenfassung

ADM is seeking a Cash Forecasting Analyst to join the GBS team in Poznań. You will produce short- and mid-term cash flow forecasts, analyze accounts payable data, and monitor forecast accuracy.

You will partner with Treasury, Finance and business teams to gather inputs and drive dashboards that enhance cash visibility and decision-making. The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, Power BI experience, and English at B2+ level.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Cash Forecasting, Treasury, Cash Management, Financial Planning, or a similar finance role.
• Good understanding of cash flow, liquidity management, and payment processes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, data modeling).
• Experience with Power BI or other BI/reporting tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English (B2+).
• Ability to work independently and effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to work 3 days per week from Poznań office.

As a Cash Forecasting Analyst:

• Prepare and maintain short- and mid-term cash flow forecasts, with a focus on cash-out planning.
• Analyze Accounts Payable data, payment schedules, and cash flow trends to ensure forecast accuracy.
• Monitor forecast vs. actual performance and identify key variances and risks.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Treasury, Finance, and business teams to gather and validate forecasting inputs.
• Develop dashboards and automated reports to improve cash visibility and support decision-making.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management on liquidity and cash flow risks.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within cash forecasting and reporting.

Requirements:

• Experience in Cash Forecasting, Treasury, Cash Management, Financial Planning, or a similar finance role.
• Good understanding of cash flow, liquidity management, and payment processes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, data modeling).
