Role Overview

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for retaining and growing profitable revenues from your assigned customer portfolio within the Americas region. You will also sell all Virgin Atlantic Cargo products on flights originating from this region.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Visit assigned customers according to the call plan and within specified timeframes, aligned with key metrics.
  2. Pre-plan visit objectives to acquire new business, retain existing business, improve profitability, ensure customer loyalty, or resolve issues.
  3. Partner with customers to discuss sales leads, new routes, high-yield products, and schedule changes.
  4. Develop new sales opportunities, address service failures, and explore commodity-specific traffic and customer developments.
  5. Manage promotional items and demand on high load-factor routes.
  6. Summarize and agree on action points and timelines post-visit.
  7. Collaborate with Revenue Management to formulate proposals based on business opportunities.

About You
