Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Capital Sales Specialist (f/m/d) - Enabling Technologies & Robotics for our Orthopaedics team in Central Germany. Our Orthopaedics division develops smarter, less invasive, more personalized treatments at the intersection of biology and technology, helping over 6 million people annually.
The role involves selling digital solutions, robotics, and capital equipment within the VELYS Digital Surgery platform, especially our robotic system VRAS, VELYS Robotic Assisted Solution. The specialist will be part of the VELYS Enabling Technologies and Robotics business unit, reporting to the Capital Sales Manager, collaborating closely with internal teams to build a significant impact in digital surgery in Germany.
Responsibilities include leading sales cycles, establishing partnerships with key decision-makers in hospitals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and demonstrating the ability to sell breakthrough technology and close high-value sales.
Qualifications include at least 5 years of proven achievement in surgical or medical capital equipment sales, deep understanding of hospital financial operations, and fluency in German and English. Travel up to 75% across Germany is required.
