For our student accommodation LUMIS: In the heart of Leipzig, we are looking for you, a dedicated and responsible individual, to join us as Campus Manager / Accommodation Manager (m / f / d) starting in May 2025.

In this important role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our residence and act as the central contact person for our students as well as for internal and external partners.

Your Responsibilities :

• Manage and organize the daily operations of our student residence.
• Provide personal support to our students and handle their rental inquiries, including via social media.
• Ensure high occupancy through proactive occupancy management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and house rules.
• Coordinate external service providers, contractors, suppliers, and partners.
• Lead the onsite team and handle shift scheduling.
• Manage the budget, control expenses, and check invoices.
• Oversee all administrative and operational processes in the office.
• Document and analyze operational procedures in line with management guidelines.

Your Profile :

• Completed vocational training or degree ideally in hotel/tourism management, real estate management, or a similar field.
• Professional experience in managing student housing (or residential complexes, hotels, etc.).
• Strong organizational and communication skills; you enjoy working with people and service providers.
• A service-oriented, responsible, and team-driven mindset.
• Excellent German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2).
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and Word; experience with property management software is a plus.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
• Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor.
