THE ROLE

We are looking for skilled and passionate individuals who excel in craftsmanship, mechanics, and hands-on problem-solving to join our team as a Campervan Technician in our depot.

This role is critical to ensuring our fleet of campervans is maintained at the highest standards, enabling our customers to embark on unforgettable journeys.

As a Campervan Technician, you will be part of our Munich team and work with the Central Europe Regional Team. Your primary responsibility is to maintain our campervans in top condition at all times, contributing to efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Reporting directly to the local leader, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting systematic inspections and diagnosing problems in vehicles’ mechanical, electrical, heating, and water systems.
  • Performing maintenance and repairs on campervans and motorhomes, including:
    • Preventive and corrective maintenance
    • Light bodywork repairs involving spare parts replacement (lightbulbs, windows, side mirrors)
    • Replacing and repairing campervan spare parts
    • Troubleshooting and repairing campervan appliances
    • Maintaining relationships with external partners
    • Coordinating vehicle interventions with external suppliers and regional teams
    • Keeping vehicle information systems updated
    • Moving campervans to and from vendors, parking facilities, or depots
    • Maintaining depot equipment and organizing spare parts
    • Updating spare parts inventory systems
  • Participating in depot operations, including:
    • Preparing vehicles and equipment for customers
    • Handling reservations, welcoming guests, and managing check-ins and check-outs
    • Receiving shipments, organizing storage, and managing supplies
    • Maintaining depot equipment, extras, and consumables

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Education or certified training in mechanics, mechatronics, or a similar automotive program
  • At least 1+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical repairs; campervan experience is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Proficiency in English and German, with good communication skills
