Position Overview

As Campaign Specialist, you will play a key role in building the LumenHaus brand and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will manage both planning and execution of brand and media initiatives tailored to different target groups and sales goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute 360° marketing campaigns for different target audiences and channels
  • Lead cross-functional campaign planning and manage media plans
  • Ensure alignment between brand strategy and campaign execution
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Design, Product) and external partners (agencies, event teams)
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and performance tracking
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and deliver post-campaign reporting

  • Increased brand awareness in key markets
  • Lead generation and conversion improvement
  • Efficient budget usage and ROI
  • Strong brand consistency across touchpoints

Working Relationships

  • Internal: Marketing, Sales
  • External: Advertising agencies, event partners, media suppliers

Your Qualifications

  • Education: University degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
  • Languages: Fluent in German (required); English proficiency is a plus
  • Experience:
  • 3–5 years in marketing campaign management or brand communication
  • Experience in integrated marketing campaigns across online & offline channels
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and reporting dashboards
  • Skills:
  • Strong project and stakeholder management
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, Adobe tools, or similar software
  • Ability to work both strategically and hands-on
