ABOUT THE ROLE

The role of Campaign Manager is responsible for assisting in planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SMS, USSD, BTL, social media, and performance-based campaigns. Support campaign tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support the execution and optimization of SMS and USSD campaigns based on KPI requirements.
  • Assist in designing and managing digital and BTL marketing campaigns, including programmatic, display, and social media.
  • Collaborate on developing campaign strategies and plans for multiple products and services, focusing on both acquisition and engagement KPIs.
  • Provide support in managing always-on and seasonal marketing campaigns for various digital products and services.
  • Assist in measuring and reporting the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing results against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Coordinate with advertising and media experts to enhance marketing performance.
  • Analyze key campaign metrics that impact website traffic, revenue targets, and audience engagement.
  • Work with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Support collaboration with agencies and external vendor partners.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, providing insights for potential adoption.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years working experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
  • Strong understanding of MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge of website, marketing, and BI analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Mixpanel, Matomo).
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns from the planning stage to execution and implementation.
  • Familiarity with SMS campaigns and digital / BTL marketing platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Creative mindset with an understanding of audience targeting and engagement strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving approach.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Exposure to A / B testing and multivariate experiments is a plus.
