Job Description:
Our life insurance client is seeking a Call Center Quality Assurance Consultant to join their team. This position has the potential to become permanent after six to 12 months.

Responsibilities:

• Audit all calls related to payment processing.
• Review 15 to 20 calls per day to ensure quality and compliance.
• Assist with additionaltasks, including reviewing policy forms, handling tickets, taking calls and performing other administrative duties as needed.

Pay Range:
The anticipated pay range for this position is $23-$26 per hour, based on experience
