Job Description:

We are a market research institute that specialises in international surveys in the business sector. We survey business partners in North and South America, Asia, Africa and, of course, throughout Europe.

Tasks

For an exclusive customer satisfaction survey in South Korea, we are looking for interviewers who are fluent in Korean. Our client is a well established German company that wants to know whether its business partners in South Korea are satisfied or whether there is a need for optimisation. Ideally, you will also speak German and/or English for communication in the project.

• Project start: End of April 2025
• Duration: 4 weeks until end of May 2025
• Hourly wage: 14.00 euros
• Requirements: Resident in Germany
• Mini job in 100% home office
• Ideal for students

We offer you a mini-job as an interviewer in telephone market research. If you like making phone calls, want to interview people on the phone using a predefined questionnaire and speak fluent Korean, you can start with us as a telephone interviewer in market research. Students are always welcome to join us!

Requirements

• fluent in Korean / ideally a native speaker
• Knowledge of German or English
• Enjoy telephoning and dealing with people

• Depending on the number of interviews max. 556 Euro
• Working hours Mon - Fri from 7:00 - 10:00 am
• Work 2-4 times a week until 30. May 2025

As early as the application process, we offer you training and practical application options to help you become proficient in professional telephoning. Later on, our supervisors will give you feedback and help with telephone work and dealing with dialogue partners.

As you will be carrying out this task as part of a mini-job, a residence permit (only for non-EU citizens) and no other secondary employment are required.
