You are passionate about fashion and lifestyle - so are we! In our purchasing department, we help shape and support the fashion of tomorrow from the very beginning and decide what will be sold in our NEW YORKER stores worldwide in the future. Join us and use your know-how to become part of our team in one of the most beautiful industries in the world and be responsible for:

• Designing our shoes and accessories with regard to details based on the latest trends
• Presenting trend research and fashion trend forecasting
• Developing colorways in consultation with the purchasing department, as well as product design, accessory design and package design
• Supporting collection development, as well as creating and maintaining collection overviews and mood boards
• Preparation of style sheets
• Communication with our global suppliers in English; Communication with our Buying Team mainly in German
• Store checks and exciting visits to fashion fairs around the world

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• You score points with a degree in graphic / fashion design or comparable training
• Ideally, you have some professional experience in the field of fashion design
• You impress us with detailed knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
• You are confident in using MS Office, especially Outlook
• You impress with your good written and spoken English skills
• You are enthusiastic about fashion, lifestyle and trends, especially shoes and accessories
• Your strengths lie in pronounced creativity and a very good graphic and typographic sense
• You have good powers of observation and can put yourself in the shoes of different target groups
• You have an open personality and are able to work independently and as part of a team
