The position is to be filled at the next possible date, full-time (40h/week) in our office in Erlangen (Bavaria). The fixed gross annual salary is up to €30,000 per year, depending on qualifications and commitment.
Your tasks consist of providing individual support and advice to end customers and business partners by e-mail and telephone in our Customer Experience Centre.
You have a passion for future-orientated customer service. You also have excellent written and spoken communication skills in Polish and English.
With your friendly and team-orientated attitude, you will fit in very well with our young, dynamic, and international team. You are flexible, committed and looking for an exciting role in which you are prepared to take on responsibility from the outset.
