Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Planung oder Ausführung von Bauvorhaben.
• Umfassende Kenntnisse im Kostenmanagement und VOB.
• Fähigkeit zur digitalen Transformation in der Kostenkontrolle.

Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für Kostenschätzungen und Endkalkulationen.
• Unterstützung bei der Implementierung der Kostenkalkulation in BIM-Methodik.
• Qualitätssicherung im Ausschreibungsprozess.

WHY YOUR EXPERTISE?

Because our team needs your expertise and you have the following:

• Successfully completed studies in architecture, construction management, civil or industrial engineering
• At least 10 years of professional experience in planning or execution of building construction
• In-depth experience and knowledge of cost management and VOB or VOB/C
• Experience/interest in: RIB iTwo (or alternative software across all project phases), BIM in cost control, migration to online solutions
• Proficiency in IT applications such as MS Office, scheduling, cost controlling
• Communication skills, organizational talent, and independence
• Consulting skills, ability to work in a team, and ability to balance interests

WHY THIS POSITION?

In this central key function, you can make an important contribution to our project management for interior design and architecture. Your responsibilities will include:

• Cost control: Responsibility for costing tasks from rough estimates to final costing, advising on economic implementation, maintaining cost parameters, and checking cost calculations for plausibility.
• Digitization: Support in implementing our cost calculation in BIM-supported methodology and transition to online solutions for AVA.
• Strategy: Quality assurance in tendering, supplementary work, and cost management together with the team.
