Qualifikationen

This position offers an exciting customer-facing opportunity to guide potential electric vehicle customers and the general public. The role involves assisting them as they explore and purchase their first or next electric vehicle, creating a dynamic local atmosphere at the community level with the full support of General Motors, including ongoing professional development.

The Experience Center Guide is part of a team responsible for various operational aspects of the sales process and guiding customers and the public through the Experience Center to explore GM's mobility offerings. The guide will provide information on GM’s products, services, and brand, and will host community events with local artists, clubs, and businesses to engage the public.

This role positions the guide as the face of the brand within the local community, representing the business at events and networking opportunities, fostering mutually beneficial relationships.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, knowledgeable advice to customers
  • Assist customers with Cadillac ownership, including test drives, product configuration, and purchase options
  • Serve as the main contact for all questions related to Cadillac ownership
  • Develop a deep understanding of product features, sales, and service processes
  • Communicate effectively with prospective buyers, ensuring courtesy and a customer-centric approach
  • Meet sales and customer satisfaction targets aligned with Cadillac's KPIs
  • Mentor and coordinate with junior staff, interns, and external promoters
  • Coordinate customer deliveries with the vehicle administration team
  • Participate in local events to increase brand awareness and sales
  • Support EU-wide delivery, events, and pop-up initiatives

Must haves:

  • Excellent people skills, including communication, empathy, and active listening
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • 4-6 years of experience in automotive, luxury retail sales, or hospitality
  • Willingness to work on weekends; flexibility is essential
  • Passion for EVs and GM’s/Cadillac’s products
  • Fluent in German and English
