CAD Visualization Application Specialist (f / m / d) for USA located in Detroit, Miami, Texas

Key Responsibilities :

1. Pre-Sales and Application Support
2. Provide expert guidance to customers on how to effectively utilize our software to streamline their tasks and achieve their objectives
3. Assist in the installation and configuration of our software products, ensuring a smooth and efficient setup process for our clients
4. Analyze and troubleshoot issues reported by customers, identify workarounds and deliver effective solutions to maintain optimal operations
5. Advocate for the interests of our customers within internal teams, ensuring that their needs and concerns are understood and addressed promptly and effectively
6. Communicate customer requirements and feedback to the development team, playing a key role in facilitating continuous product development and enhancements
7. Gather customer requirements and demonstrate application usage
8. Work with sales management in identifying opportunities with existing and new customers

Requirements :

• Completed education or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience
• 2 - 5 years experience in presales or technical support capacity
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical concepts and application usage in an understandable manner
• Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to collaborate in a dynamic environment
• Understanding of Computer Aided Design (CAD) and/or the usage of various CAD software is a plus
• Knowledge of engineering and mechanical product design is a plus
• Familiarity with multiple industries such as Transportation and Mobility, Aerospace, and Manufacturing
• General understanding of various PLM (product lifecycle management) systems
