Qualifikationen

• Über 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und 2 Jahre im Subcontracting-Management.
• Technisches Hintergrundwissen und fließend in Englisch und Deutsch.

Aufgaben

• Entwicklung von teamübergreifenden Planungsgrundlagen und Unterstützung der Teams.
• Koordination der Projektplanung und Etablierung operativer KPIs.

We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Cabin Upgrades - Operational Planning Manager" (m/f/d).

(Reference number: 0290NO2025AO)

Responsibilities:

• Develop cross project team planning fundamentals which are shared by all team members
• Support the current teams with the frequent updates of the planning
• Coordinate project planning with available departmental resources
• Establish operational KPIs with subcontractors
• Run monthly performance sessions with subcontractors to ensure quality and performance
• Support the team with project management skills on various topics

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of project Management, engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification
• More than three years of professional experience in the field of project Management
• More than two years of professional experience in the field of Subcontracting-Management
• More than one year of professional experience in the field of engineering and process planning
• Knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
• Experience with project management tools
• Technical background knowledge is required
• Fluent in English and German
• Willingness to travel max. 2 times a year for up to 4 days
