We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Cabin Upgrades - Operational Planning Manager" (m/f/d).

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop cross-project team planning fundamentals shared by all team members.
  2. Support current teams with frequent updates of the planning.
  3. Coordinate project planning with available departmental resources.
  4. Establish operational KPIs with subcontractors.
  5. Run monthly performance sessions with subcontractors to ensure quality and performance.
  6. Support the team with project management skills on various topics.
Your profile:
  1. Completed studies in project management, engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
  2. More than three years of professional experience in project management.
  3. More than two years of professional experience in subcontracting management.
  4. More than one year of professional experience in engineering and process planning.
  5. Knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace.
  6. Experience with project management tools.
  7. Technical background knowledge is required.
  8. Fluent in English and German.
  9. Willingness to travel up to 2 times a year for up to 4 days.
