Task Description

Our Cabin Crew create signature moments and recognize personalized service opportunities that our customers appreciate. We aim to deliver our ‘Fly Better' promise through exceptional hospitality. Emirates prepares its crew with world-class training to confidently manage a variety of medical and non-medical emergencies, ensuring safety onboard, including aircraft equipment, fire-fighting, emergencies, and evacuation procedures.

We are looking for:

• 1+ year of hospitality or customer service experience
• Positive attitude with the ability to provide excellent service in a multicultural environment
• High school graduate (Grade 12)
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
• Arm reach of 212 cm while standing on tiptoes and minimum height of 160 cm to reach emergency equipment on all aircraft types
• No visible tattoos while in Emirates cabin crew uniform (cosmetic and bandage coverings not allowed)
• Ability to adapt to new people, places, and situations
• Based in Dubai and able to meet UAE employment visa requirements

Starting Salary & Flying Pay

Compensation includes a fixed basic salary, hourly pay for flights, and an overseas meal allowance:

• Basic salary: AED 4,430/month
• Flying Pay: AED 63.75/hour (avg. 80-100 hours/month)
• Average Total Pay: AED 10,170/month (~USD 2,770, EUR 2,710, GBP 2,280)

Accommodation and transport to and from the airport are provided by the company.
