The eBay C2C team is looking for a C2C Manager (f/m/d). You will join a highly energized team with a strong passion for eBay and the drive to elevate consumer selling on eBay.de. Consumer selling is driven by sustainability and is deeply embedded in eBay’s DNA, forming an essential part of our ecosystem. You will help shape the strategy for consumer selling by leveraging consumer insights and developing measures to solve customer problems.

What you will accomplish:

The C2C Manager will lead and develop multiple, cross-functional projects within the consumer selling team. Responsibilities include:

• E2E execution of projects within C2C, mainly related to Go-to-Market activities, such as seller acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention. Supporting the GTM of multiple product launches and improvements in collaboration with Product Marketing, CRM, and Local Marketing.
• Collaborating closely with the Global C2C BU and Global C2C Initiative to ensure the execution of the Global C2C Success Framework and the 3-Year Strategy for the DE business.
• Implementing DE-specific seller activation activities, such as sweepstakes and other promotional campaigns.
• Enhancing DE-specific seller engagement and growth, including reworking the C2C Seller Hub in alignment with the Global Marketing organization, and optimizing CRM and PMM concepts and tools.
• Fostering cross-organizational collaboration with teams like marketing, trading, customer service, product, and analytics to conceptualize, plan, and execute campaigns and initiatives. Building and strengthening internal and external partnerships to identify and scale opportunities.

What you will bring:

• A passion for consumer selling and buying.
• Native proficiency in German and fluency in English.
• At least 4 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or Consultant, preferably with marketing expertise. Strong project management skills are essential.
• Expertise in managing complex, cross-functional projects with a focus on results and deliverables.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging audiences of varying sizes.
