With EML Speech Technology GmbH, we are combining our expertise in intelligent speech recognition and recording. We develop technologies based on the latest methods and algorithms in artificial intelligence and machine learning.

• You will help improve our existing NLP & ASR tools.
• You will train and tune various language models, from classical n-gram LMs to transformer-based LLM architectures.
• You will develop NLP tools using cutting-edge technologies for internal and partner use.
• You will apply your creative problem-solving skills.
• You will participate in the continuous improvement of our workflows.
• Requirements include a degree in computer science, computational linguistics, mathematics, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience in developing and evaluating state-of-the-art speech recognition and understanding systems.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Practical experience in developing advanced technologies and excellent knowledge of C++.
• Proven experience with development tools like Git, Maven, Jenkins.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
