What you can expect
- Execute sourcing and contracting activities, including defining specifications, setting commercial conditions, managing tender processes, evaluating proposals, conducting negotiations, and preparing standard contract templates for categories with low to medium impact to ensure business continuity.
- Coordinate project procurement activities: establish procurement strategy, support project organization, address supply chain issues, and manage non-conformities.
- Promote procurement presence within operations, communicate strategies, and support the community.
- Execute purchase-to-pay transactions, ensure contract performance, handle variations, disputes, and claims.
What we expect
- Relevant vocational education or bachelor’s degree in economics, procurement, supply chain, or engineering.
- At least 2 years’ experience in operational or strategic procurement or sourcing and contract management.
- Proactive, solution-oriented team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical, systematic working approach.
- Knowledge of E&P business; surface equipment & services knowledge is an advantage.
- Cross-cultural awareness and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English & German (oral and written).
- Willingness to travel.
- Commitment to HSE policies and principles, acting responsibly.
