Tasks

• Planning all finished product assemblies and raw materials for your product family to ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinating directly with Production Order Administration and Sales to implement customer requests
• Executing and adjusting purchase orders
• Maintaining parts attributes in Oracle
• Collaborating with Strategic Purchasing to prevent or resolve delivery bottlenecks
• Continuously improving the material flow
• Providing forecasts to suppliers
• Processing purchasing and planning changes in Agile
• Handling complaints about incorrectly delivered raw materials
• Improving administrative planning and ordering processes
• Providing information for supplier evaluation

Profile

• Completed training as a business economist, industrial clerk, or degree in business administration or industrial engineering, with experience in supply chain planning in manufacturing
• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office
• Strong understanding of material flows, including Kanban processes
• Confident handling of changing requirements, initiative, and a hands-on mentality
• Excellent English skills
• Reliable, solution-oriented, and independent working style
• Good communication and assertiveness skills

• Ability to handle conflicts and work in a team
