Qualifikationen

Job Description:

For our client in the aerospace industry, we are looking for motivated candidates for the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder, Germany, for the following position with immediate effect and within the framework of temporary employment:

Your responsibilities:

• Work as Buyer for MSI & Interiors R&T projects, coordinating with Airbus R&T, engineering, and program teams to formulate procurement strategies.
• Participate in strategic projects such as #zeroE (Zero Emission) for PSCI.
• Support a strategic approach to the supply chain for R&T, integrating market intelligence, suppliers' strategic positioning, and performance into sourcing decisions.
• Manage procurement activities related to R&T, including tenders, negotiations, contract management, and follow-up.
• Perform sourcing and screening activities to identify potential new partners.
• Negotiate Cooperation and Research Agreements with Suppliers, securing IP rights for Airbus.
• Develop a broad internal and external network.
• Maintain professional and trusting supplier relationships, upholding ethics and compliance standards.

Personal requirements:

• Good communication skills for effective information flow.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• High responsibility, resilience, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel for business.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.

Professional experience:

• At least 5 years of purchasing experience.
• Customer service and project management experience are a plus.

Knowledge:

• Very good knowledge of project management and process management.

IT Skills:

• Google Workspace knowledge is an advantage.

Further qualifications:

• Experience in contract and international negotiations is desirable.

Language Skills:

• Proficient in German.
• Business fluent in English.
