Job Title: Business Transformation Project Leader

We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Project Leader to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact IT projects within our global ERP transformation journey. As a key member of our team, you will take charge of strategic task assignment, resource allocation, and project governance. Your expertise in managing complex IT / ERP projects, experience with project methodologies (waterfall, agile, or hybrid), and strong communication skills will enable you to drive project success and deliver results.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure effective project delivery
2. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks
4. Coach and develop project team members to enhance their skills and performance
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements:

1. Degree in IT, Business Informatics, Engineering, or related field
2. Proven experience in managing complex IT / ERP projects (SAP S / 4HANA or comparable systems)

4. Experience in ERP transformation and understanding of business processes across departments
