We are a dynamic consulting firm seeking a skilled Business Transformation Manager to join our team. This role offers a hybrid work model, with onsite client visits depending on project scope.

Join our expanding Dentsu Business Transformation (BX) division, where we advise clients on strategic business transformations.

Role Overview

• Guide clients through all project phases: from initial vision to detailed roadmaps, transformation programs, and implementation preparations, including complex challenges and business case development.
• Develop business strategies considering customer, organizational, and technological aspects, providing actionable recommendations based on thorough analysis.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams confidently in large, international pitches and projects.
• Establish yourself as a thought leader in business transformation, bringing enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Collaborate with strategy consultants to enhance our consulting services.
• Advise clients on sales, marketing, and communication strategies, integrating organizational, process, and business management perspectives.
• Maintain a strategic overview of communication strategies and market positioning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of consulting experience in strategic roles within professional services, industry, startups, or reputable consultancies.
• Degree in economics, business informatics, computer science, or related fields; higher degrees like MBA or Ph.D. are a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with C-level executives.
• Proficiency in strategy development, consulting methods, and models.
• Strategic, analytical, and effective communicator of complex solutions.
• Experience leading digitalization or transformation projects nationally and internationally.
• Interest in topics like organizational development, change management, innovation, business models, process optimization, data, CRM, e-commerce.
• Team-oriented with a high willingness to learn.
• Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written.
• Enjoy presenting ideas confidently to clients with a client-centric approach and business acumen.
