Zusammenfassung

TYTAN Technologies sucht eine erfahrene/r Business Systems Architect, die/der die Systemlandschaft von Odoo bis hin zu PLM/MES koordiniert und die komplette Architekturlinie von Anforderungen bis Produktion steuert. Sie entwickeln Integrationen, sichern Datenqualität und gestalten die digitale Landschaft für das Wachstum.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Engineering, Produktion und Supply Chain zusammen, um Prozesse abzubilden, zu optimieren und eine nahtlose Systemlandschaft zu gewährleisten.

Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise Odoo).
• Fundierte Python-Entwicklung und OWL-Framework-Kenntnisse.
• Nachweisliche Mapping-/Dokumentationsfähigkeiten von Geschäftsprozessen.
• Erfahrung in Fertigungs-/Hardware-Umfeld von Vorteil.
• Erfahrung mit API-Integrationen.
• Kenntnisse in AI/Automation-Tools (z. B. n8n, Make, Zapier).
• Bekanntheit mit ISO 27001/ISO 9001 und Exportkontrolle.
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmensebene-Architektur über Prozesse, Daten und Anwendungen.
• Standards setzen: Single Source of Truth, SSO, saubere Integrationen, ISO-/Export-Anforderungen.
• Odoo-Anpassungen, Upgrades, Tests und Deployment über Umgebungen hinweg.
• Sicherung von Datenintegrität, Sicherheit und Leistung der Odoo-Plattform.
• Unterstützung von Arbeitsabläufen in Fertigung, Beschaffung, Inventar, Produktion und Finanzen.
• Prozesse dokumentieren, Engpässe identifizieren und Automatisierungsideen prüfen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern zur Umsetzung der digitalen Roadmap.

We are looking for a Business Systems Architect to own and evolve the systems, tools, and processes that keep TYTAN running. As a company that designs and manufactures its own hardware and software, our operational landscape spans engineering, production, supply chain, and beyond, all of which need to be reflected in a coherent, well-connected tool and process architecture. With Odoo as our core ERP platform today, you will ensure our systems work seamlessly together, our processes are well-designed and continuously improving, and our digital landscape is ready for the next stage of growth.

You will work closely with teams across the organization to translate business needs into smart, scalable workflows, and then build them.

Systems Architecture & Roadmap

• Build and maintain the enterprise architecture across business capabilities, processes, data, and applications, building a lean digital thread from Requirements and Engineering through to Production and Service.

• Define and enforce standards across the stack: single source of truth, SSO, clean integrations, and compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and Export Control requirements.

• Anticipate when the current tool landscape needs to evolve, knowing when Odoo alone is not enough and when dedicated PLM, MES, or other systems are needed.

Odoo Development & Customization

• Configure, customize, and extend Odoo modules using Python to match evolving business needs, owning upgrades, testing, and deployment across environments.

• Ensure data integrity, security, and performance of the Odoo platform while managing integrations with tools across CRM, finance, project management, and communication.

Engineering, Production & Process

• Support and optimize workflows for BOM management, production planning, work orders, and quality control, ensuring system processes reflect how hardware and software are actually built.

• Work with stakeholders to map, document, and improve business processes eliminating bottlenecks, reducing manual workarounds, and maintaining documentation as the business evolves.

• Manage product lifecycle processes from prototyping and engineering changes through to serial production, while ensuring full traceability and documentation standards are met.

AI & Automation

• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities from Odoo's built-in capabilities to third-party tools and custom solutions to reduce manual work and improve accuracy

• Stay current on emerging AI and automation technologies and bring relevant ideas to the table

Stellenanforderungen

• 3–5 years of experience with ERP systems, with hands-on Odoo experience strongly preferred

• Solid Python development skills and familiarity with Odoo's OWL framework for customization and module development

• Proven experience mapping, documenting, and improving business processes with a strong understanding of how sales, procurement, inventory, production, and finance translate into system workflows

• Background in a manufacturing, engineering, or hardware-building environment is a strong plus

• Experience building and maintaining integrations between business systems via APIs, middleware, or native connectors, you see the full landscape and know how the pieces fit together

• Familiarity with AI/ML tools and workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier

• Awareness of ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and export control compliance in a systems context;

• Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; fluent in English, German is a plus
