TYTAN Technologies is seeking an Accountant in Munich to support our finance function in an agile, growth-driven environment. You will manage daily transactions, assist with financial statements, and maintain robust accounts payable/receivable processes while collaborating with external tax advisors.

The role requires German fluency, 2–3 years of accounting experience, and familiarity with Excel, Moss, and Odoo. A hybrid work setup in Munich is offered along with a dynamic, international team.

Qualifikationen

• Education or training in accounting/finance or related field.
• 2–3 years' experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic Agile environment.
• Familiarity with German accounting standards (HGB) and external tax advisors preferred.
• Fluency in German; strong English skills are a plus.
• Experience with accounting software (Excel, Moss) and familiarity with Odoo.

As Accountant, you will support TYTAN’s financial operations by ensuring accurate bookkeeping, assisting with financial reporting, and maintaining strong accounting practices. You will work closely with our Senior Accountant and our external advisors to help build a scalable finance foundation for a rapidly growing deep-tech company.

Your roadmap to make an impact

• Manage and record day-to-day financial transactions, including bank statements and reconciliations

• Support the preparation of financial statements within our accounting systems

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and expense reports

• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes

• Maintain well-structured and accurate financial records and documentation

• Support audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting in coordination with external advisors

• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, documentation, and internal controls

• You will be involved in fix assets accounting and inter-company reconciliation

Job requirements

• Education or Training in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

• 2 - 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping

• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic Agile environment

• Familiarity with German accounting standards (HGB) and working with external tax advisors (Steuerberater) is preferred

• Fluency in German is required; strong English skills are a plus

• Experience with accounting software, with proficiency in Moss and Excel considered an advantage. Familiarity with Odoo is a plus

• Interest in process automation and digital tools in finance is welcome
