We are seeking an experienced Business Support Services Manager to lead the BSS team across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), encompassing 22 offices and a diverse team of approximately 10 professionals. This pivotal role involves providing strategic leadership, managing diverse operational responsibilities, and ensuring the team delivers results aligned with business goals.
The role includes leadership in managing people, setting strategic directions, and aligning resources to business needs. Responsibilities include administrative operations, lease agreements, and car fleet management. The position also requires adapting to emerging challenges and opportunities.
