Job Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the preparation, organization, analysis, and optimization of the company's daily business data, generate data analysis reports, and provide directions and suggestions for business growth and efficiency improvement.
2. Manage the CRM system, follow up on key projects, review and execute commercial contracts, file documents, organize account books, and handle other related tasks.
3. Provide corresponding support to meet departmental needs.
4. Undertake other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

1. Over 2 years of work experience; familiarity with the ToB business model and processes; preference for candidates with ToB sales experience; outstanding fresh graduates may also be considered.
2. Meticulous, patient, strong self-learning ability, and excellent cross-team communication skills.
3. Proficient in using Excel and PPT.
4. Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and stress tolerance.
5. Fluent in English and Chinese.
