Your mission as a Business Solutions Architect (m/f/d)

CWS Hygiene IT is seeking an experienced and strategic Business Solutions Architect (m/f/d) to lead the design, integration, and evolution of our core business systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, Microsoft CRM, Salesforce, and our e-commerce platforms. This role is responsible for aligning business goals with IT capabilities by architecting scalable, efficient, and user-centric solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and strong stakeholder management skills.

What else will you be doing as a Business Solutions Architect (m/f/d)

1. Architect end-to-end solutions that align with the business and digital strategy of CWS Hygiene
2. Lead the integration and interoperability of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Field Service, CRM), Salesforce, and e-commerce platforms
3. Define data models, API designs, and integration patterns across platforms
4. Support DevOps and CI/CD processes, ensuring robust and maintainable deployments
5. Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, solution roadmaps, and system design documentation
6. Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into architectural solutions
7. Provide technical leadership and governance over solution design, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
8. Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and methodologies that support digital transformation
9. Oversee solution delivery, working closely with developers, analysts, vendors, and project managers
10. Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and IT governance policies
11. Support business case development and technology assessments
12. Promote reuse of existing capabilities, simplification, and rationalization of the IT application landscape

Proven experience (5+ years) as a Solution Architect or in a similar role

Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (especially Field Service and CRM) and Salesforce ecosystems

Experience with e-commerce platforms and their integration into ERP and CRM systems

Strong knowledge of systems integration, APIs, data flow, and enterprise architecture frameworks

Proficiency in Azure and Microsoft 365 technologies

Familiarity with agile and waterfall project methodologies

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
