Our FEH IT team (Digital Solutions | Future Energy Home) develops and operates software to manage home energy devices such as photovoltaic systems, inverters, batteries, EV charging stations, heat pumps, and meters as a cloud-based solution for our central and local units, enabling them to roll out these solutions to end-customers. We integrate with numerous vendors’ devices and apply centralized insights, analytics, and control mechanisms for these devices.

Meaningful & challenging – your tasks

• Responsible for matching the system landscape to the applications required to fulfill business needs (Product Owner need)
• Create a target architecture with support of the Technical Solution Architect for a clearly defined topic
• Align with Enterprise Architect to ensure overall fit of implementation
• Check dependencies on other initiatives
• Clarify business requirements and support the creation of user stories together with Business Analyst
• Analyze and evaluate business and IT requirements with the Product Owner (functional, non-functional)
• Assess Data Privacy and IT Security requirements and ensure necessary security features are integrated into the solution architecture
• Align with Technical Solution Architect for technical translation
• Present solutions to the relevant Architecture Boards together with the Enterprise Architect

Authentic & ambitious – your profile

• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or economics
• Passion for technology and a desire to innovate and drive change
• Profound experience in software development or related field
• Outstanding analytical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and process orientation
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Good understanding of software development methodologies and technologies, with experience in Agile, Scrum, and Design Thinking methodologies
• Deep understanding of software architecture design, infrastructure, and cloud development
• Familiarity with project management tools and processes, e.g., Jira and Confluence
• Familiarity with DevOps organizations and processes
• Fluent in German and English
