As ourBusiness & Project Development Associate, you’ll;
- Nurture our existing partner network and build strong relationships
- Manage and deepen relationships with existing partners while building new strategic collaborations in the B2B and B2G sectors
- Identify, approach, and onboard new cooperation partners and stakeholders
- Develop and implement monetization strategies for new services and digital tools
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and CTO to design and launch impactful projects and programs
- Research, prepare, and submit applications for public and private funding opportunities
- Support the internal scaling of our operations through process improvements and organizational development
We’re seeking a practical thinker and doer with :
- A university degree in economics, business, finance, management, or a related field
- Initial experience in business development, project management, consulting, or sales
- A structured and detail-oriented working style with a keen eye for innovation and improvement
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with diverse stakeholders
- The drive to take ownership of new challenges and turn ideas into actionable strategies
- Excellent English skills (C1 level or higher); German proficiency is a strong plus
- Valid EU work permit and residence in Germany
