Jobbeschreibung

As a Business / Product Developer (m / f / d), you will play a key role within the Products team in Augsburg or Frankfurt Main.

We in the products team are shaping the future and are responsible for maintaining & evolving PATRIZIA's product shelf to keep it relevant in an ever-changing business environment. We enable new business by defining a compelling global product strategy that promotes PATRIZIA's offerings across different markets and creates appealing real estate and infrastructure products for our global private wealth & institutional clients.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Support business development and manage the development of our new private markets products (e.g., funds, mandates, co-investments, JVs), focusing on market-led opportunities in global real estate and infrastructure.
  2. Structure & launch new private market funds or mandates, including identifying relevant investment theses, business modelling, and analysis of track records, working closely with Legal, Tax & Servicing teams, and managing third-party service providers.
  3. Assist with fundraising and client relations by collaborating with investment and Capital Markets teams to produce marketing, investor relations, and due diligence materials for existing investors and prospects.
  4. Provide market intelligence to investment teams and leadership to aid decision-making and product alignment.
  5. Conduct competitor analyses, monitor the landscape and investor trends/requirements, and translate insights into product improvements and new client opportunities.
  6. Build a solid understanding of our investment track record, service offerings, and capabilities to respond effectively to prospect queries when marketing new funds or mandates.
  7. Support senior management with strategic and meaningful product-related analyses for efficient decision-making and corporate management.

What we look for

  1. Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  2. Minimum of 5-10 years of work experience in the Financial Services industry, ideally within alternative investment management. Fundraising and project management experience is highly valued.
  3. Relevant experience can include fund management, investor relations, or business development.
  4. Ability to stay calm under pressure, with a proactive approach and a willingness to engage in various tasks within a driven team environment.
  5. Strong analytical skills with impeccable attention to detail and time management.
  6. Confident with an open communication style and well-developed interpersonal skills.
  7. Excellent administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  8. Fluent English skills are essential; German language skills are a plus.
