Business Processes Senior/Principal Consultant for Life Sciences Industries (f/m/d)

Your Future Role

You will collaborate and advise our customers on how to best align their transformational business & IT initiatives with our SAP solution portfolio and latest product developments, to achieve the best outcomes and value for their daily operations.

Your role is to guide customers towards an SAP-centric, cloud-driven working environment for their business operations, focusing on specific requirements for customers in the Life Science, Pharmaceutical, and Chemical industries.

You will provide expertise and recommendations on solutions to address business challenges, with a strong focus on the SAP software portfolio and interfaces to the customer's IT architecture and landscape.

You will develop, guide, lead, and represent strategic project approaches for SAP implementations that align with client’s business objectives and requirements.

You will work closely with the customer’s senior leadership teams and cross-functional teams to drive business transformation and ensure regulatory compliance (GxP).

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred, with a focus on business informatics or technology from an accredited university.
• Several years of experience in consulting or customer advisory roles, preferably with a focus on the Life Sciences Industry, or as a key user for SAP products in a Life Science, Pharma, or Chemical company.
• End-to-end process understanding in supply chain management, logistics & distribution, warehousing, Go-to-Market, Controlling, related to pharmaceutical products, and broad knowledge of industry-specific requirements.
• Affinity for technical platforms and a strong understanding of cloud/hybrid architectures and developments in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Functional and/or technical expertise on the SAP solution portfolio, including SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP, is highly beneficial.
• Foundational knowledge of business process modeling and enterprise architecture (e.g., BPMN, SAP Signavio, TOGAF) is beneficial.
• The ability to self-organize and prioritize, with strong analytical and strategic advising capabilities.
• Proven communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging at organizational levels including C-level management.
• Excellent English communication skills; German language skills are a plus; additional languages are assets.
