YOUR FUTURE ROLE

As part of SAP Business Transformation Services (BTS), our management consultancy supports customers in their digital transformation to become an Intelligent Sustainable Enterprise. A key to success is understanding our customers' business and IT needs, acting as trusted advisors throughout their transformation journey.

The role involves:

1. Leading large SAP-based transformation projects as program or project manager
2. Developing and implementing business and IT strategies across various industries
3. Defining roadmaps and architectures for future IT landscapes using the latest SAP products and innovations
4. Collaborating with SAP product development to influence future SAP offerings

A management consultant at SAP:

1. Serves as a trusted advisor for senior management to align initiatives with SAP’s roadmap and solutions
2. Coaches clients on SAP-centric Enterprise Architecture, including on-premise and cloud solutions
3. Initiates and drives SAP co-innovation projects at the executive level
4. Leads global business transformation projects involving multiple teams, regions, and cultures

YOUR PROFILE

• Several years of experience in SAP consulting, product management, or business development
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field
• Broad knowledge of SAP’s strategy, product portfolio (SAP S/4HANA, cloud solutions), and their impact on business strategies
• Understanding of IT trends and SAP’s latest developments, including SAP’s vision for an intelligent and sustainable enterprise
• Proven experience managing large SAP transformation programs or projects internationally
• Familiarity with SAP’s solution portfolio
• Experience communicating with C-suite leaders
• Excellent English and German skills, Certificate Level C
