What you’ll do

The Premium Hub CoE (Center of Expertise) focuses on delivering outcomes and experiences for customers globally through advisory, support, and services. It aims to accelerate digital transformation and software adoption, helping customers become intelligent enterprises.

In your role within CoE EMEA HANA Platform & Technical Infrastructure, you will focus on SAP HANA DB, including performance analysis, modeling, security, operations, XSA, infrastructure, and more.

• Support SAP implementation, digital transformation, and cloud projects by shaping technical progress and digital transformation for major SAP clients.
• Analyze complex SAP landscapes at critical customers, including root cause analysis, performance, scalability, custom code, and design, with a focus on SAP HANA.
• Provide knowledge transfer through training and services for colleagues, customers, and partners.
• Create business process designs, architecture, scalability, security, and operational concepts for SAP solutions.
• Handle escalated customer issues and resolve technical problems in challenging situations.

You will be part of a team of over 500 employees in EMEA, collaborating with SAP development and other CoEs to serve customers effectively. We offer a hybrid working environment with flexible options.
