The Business Process Management Airfreight team acts as an interface to Product Management, Operations, and IT, focusing on designing, implementing, and improving global Airfreight processes through standardization, sustainability, automation, and digitalization.
We are seeking a Business Process Specialist (m/f/d) to focus on our new TMS and upcoming projects in Europe. Your main responsibilities will include training and supporting the design and rollout of the Transport Management System (Cargo Wise One), supporting the project team from analysis to implementation, and gaining valuable experience in a dynamic European environment.
