For Lufthansa Technik AG—one of the world's leading providers of maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services in the aviation industry,we are seeking an experienced Business Process & Process Excellence Consultant (m/f/d) to join the team in Hamburg at the earliest possible date.

This position is to be filled on a temporary staffing basis for the period from August 1, 2026, to April 1, 2028.

In this role, you will actively shape the further development of business processes within the Lufthansa Technik Group and the Lufthansa Group. You will support specialist departments, advise process owners, and drive the continuous optimization of corporate processes in an international environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Modeling and visualizing business processes within the Lufthansa Technik Group and the Lufthansa Group
• Supporting the continuous improvement of existing business processes
• Collaborating with process owners and process architects to optimize and further develop processes
• Facilitating process design and process optimization workshops
• Advising specialist departments on Process Excellence, Business Process Management, and process documentation
• Initiating and overseeing improvements in process management and associated IT systems
• Supporting projects and special assignments related to Process Excellence
• Creating and maintaining process documentation
• Assisting with the introduction and implementation of standardized methods and best practices
• Serving as a point of contact for specialist departments and users regarding Process Excellence methodology

Your Profile

• Successfully completed university degree or comparable qualification
• Experience in Business Process Management (BPM) and Process Excellence
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office as well as process modeling and documentation systems
• Analytical and conceptual mindset
• Ability to present complex processes clearly and in a manner tailored to the target audience
• Excellent German and English language skills (C1 level)
• Confident demeanor and strong communication skills
• Structured and independent working style
• Strong organizational skills and decisiveness
• Willingness to undertake occasional domestic and international assignments
