PHOENIX Group is seeking a Business Process Manager O2C (f/m/d) for the Corporate Business Services within the Group CFO organization. You will define and optimize global end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, ensure efficient operations, and drive continuous improvements across Europe.

You will report to the Global Process Owner O2C and collaborate with IT, Finance, and Sales to standardize processes and implement automation. Based in Mannheim, with flexibility for other CEE locations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred.
• 5+ years in Accounting or 3+ years O2C; 7+ years in Finance or IT preferred.
• ERP excellence (SAP) and AR tools (HighRadius, Esker, BlackLine); automation tools (RPA/AI) advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and with global teams; strong English communication.

We are looking for a Business Process Manager O2C (f/m/d) to join Corporate Business Services (CBS) within the Group CFO organization.

You will define and optimize global end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, ensure efficient operations, and drive continuous improvements. Your responsibilities include evaluating processes, identifying inconsistencies, establishing best practices, and providing analytical support through data mining, analytics, and root-cause analysis to enable informed decisions and identify automation and efficiency opportunities.

You will report to the Global Process Owner (GPO) O2C and be based in Mannheim, Sofia, or Vilnius. The role has no direct reports but requires guiding finance colleagues in a matrix organization on processes and change activities.

Your Tasks

• Analyzing, improving and monitoring O2C processes with focus on Accounts Receivable, Credit Management and Customer Master Data, including data mining to identify shortcomings, tracking KPIs, and conducting root-cause analyses to define corrective measures.
• Developing and implementing global O2C solutions together with IT and finance colleagues across Europe, increasing automation and ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards and local regulations.
• Providing in-depth O2C expertise, delivering process-related trainings, and developing documentation to support global standardization of O2C processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Sales) to streamline O2C workflows and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Reporting regularly to leadership on AR metrics, process outcomes and improvement progress.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, an Accounting Certification (CPA, ACCA or similar), any project management certification is a strong advantage
• 5+ years of experience in Accounting or 3+ years Order-to-Cash, or related finance process management function, ideally 7+ years of experience in Finance or IT
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and AR process tools (e.g. high radius, esker, blackline), experience with automation tools (e.g., RPA, AI) in AR processes is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with Strong attention to detail with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
