Zusammenfassung

PHOENIX is seeking a driven Process Management Method and Tool Specialist to strengthen our process landscape across Mannheim, Stuttgart, and Fürth. You will advance LEAN Process Excellence, advise departments, and ensure interfaces are optimized.

You will manage ARIS, conduct trainings, foster the BPM community, and collaborate with business partners to drive process governance. Fluency in English and German is required; a degree in CS or process management and 3+ years of experience are

Qualifikationen

  • Degree in computer science or process management or equivalent experience.
  • Profound ARIS knowledge including administration and scripting.
  • Fluent in English and German; strong analytical skills.

Aufgaben

  • Develop and strengthen Process Management as part of LEAN Process Excellence.
  • Advise departments on process management and optimize interfaces.
  • Evolve BPM methods and tools to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Business Partners and LEAN Program to implement improvements.
  • Conduct ARIS and BPM methodology trainings.
  • Support development of the BPM community.
  • Ensure process modeling consistency and govern governance meetings.
  • Manage the ARIS application lifecycle and interfaces to other systems.

We are looking for a driven Process Management Method and Tool Specialist (m/f/d) to strengthen our process landscape with robust methodologies and innovative tools across our sites in Mannheim, Stuttgart, and Fürth.

Your Tasks
  • You contribute to further develop Process Management as foundation of our LEAN Process Excellence Initiative.
  • You advise our departments on all aspects of process management and ensure that the interfaces between the departments are optimized.
  • You ensure that the BPM methods and tools are continuously evolving to meet the growing customers’ needs.
  • You are in direct contact with our various Business Partners and the LEAN Program to identify, plan, and implement measures to drive process excellence.
  • You are responsible for conducting ARIS and BPM methodology trainings.
  • You support the further development of the BPM community.
  • You support strengthening the BPM framework by ensuring process modeling consistency and facilitating process governance meetings.
  • You manage the ARIS application, including lifecycle, creation of report, APG/Flows, interfaces to other systems, etc.
Your Profile
  • Degree in computer science, process management, or comparable professional experience
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of process management
  • Profound Experience in using process management tools (ARIS) and very good knowledge of Process Modeling Standards
  • Sound experience in the ARIS application (both administration & usage; inkl. ARIS script and ARIS Connect customization)
  • Knowledge of different modelling notations (EPC, BPMN, Archimate, etc.)
  • Independent, structured way of working, and analytical skills
  • Service orientation, high willingness to learn and being a team player
  • Fluent in English and German
