Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Betriebswirtschaft.
  • Über zwei Jahre Erfahrung in Projektmanagement und Prozessverbesserung.

Aufgaben

  • Bericht an die Logistikgemeinschaft und Verknüpfung der Teams mit dem Qualitätsmanagement.

Jobbeschreibung

We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position as "Business Process Manager" (m/f/d).

Responsibilities:
  • Report to logistic community and link the teams to quality management in terms of audits, action plans and global process alignment as well as keep a close eye on regulatory and legal aspects.
  • Lead initiatives and projects with expertise and strong link to process operators and experts.
  • Validate process changes in context of internal and external requirements.
  • Support evaluation of process performance and root cause identification.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement supported by process mapping and other adequate tools.
  • Define the way of work aligned to external authorities and regulation requirements, company rules, methods and tools within the overall process architecture (interface to process architects).
  • Focus on the adherence between different business and company management systems and internal consistency, all in a broader context of applicable architectural conventions to be followed.
Your Profile:
  • Completed studies in the field of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Quality or a comparable qualification.
  • Over two years of professional experience in the areas of project management, process improvement, quality management, and supply chain.
  • Good knowledge of working with MS-PowerPoint and SAP.
  • Knowledge of working with Google Workspace.
  • Good knowledge in the field of Total Quality Management.
  • Fluent in English and German.
