Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Business Process Manager (BPM) to focus on enabling BPM capabilities, creating frameworks for requirement and change management, and planning discovery and Home Comfort (HC) SMART alignment phases for key transformation projects. This role is essential in shaping efficient workflows, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and supporting digitization, transformation, and roll-out execution.

  • Design and implement structured approaches for requirement and change gathering, analysis, and prioritization across business units, collaborating with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable requirements.
  • Develop templates, tools, and processes to streamline requirement documentation and validation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project outcomes.
  • Define and implement best practices for discovery (HC SMART alignment) phases in project lifecycles, structuring discovery phases including scope definition, stakeholder alignment, and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights, identify risks, and establish shared understanding of project goals, analyzing findings to inform decision-making and planning.
  • Develop and maintain governance structures to ensure consistency and scalability in BPM initiatives, tracking and reporting on enablement, requirement management, and discovery metrics to measure success and identify process improvements.
