We are looking for a Business Process Expert – Customer Engagement (x|f|m) for the BPM Customer Engagement department at Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH.

In this role, you will be responsible for the analysis and optimization of existing business processes against the background of the strategic corporate goals and thus shaping the future with us.

The job is full-time and can be done remotely on a daily basis as well as on site at the campus in Göttingen.

• You will be responsible for the analysis and optimization of existing processes as well as the development and implementation of new business processes in collaboration with the various departments.
• You will be responsible for setting up and implementing process optimization projects, including communication and coordination of the stakeholders involved.
• This also includes the creation of process documentation and decision templates.
• You will support the introduction of process management tools and systems and thus contribute to the optimization of our existing system landscape.
• You will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating process performance based on KPIs.
• Advising and training employees rounds off your area of responsibility.

What will convince us

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable specialization.
• This is complemented by several years of proven professional experience in project or process management or a comparable position.
• We require process knowledge in the field of marketing, knowledge of SFDC Marketing Cloud would be desirable.
• Sound know-how in the analysis and optimization of business processes as well as experience in technical leadership roles.
• Experience with process management tools, ideally you can back this up with relevant certifications (e.g. BPMN, Six Sigma, Lean Management).
• You are characterized by your strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• This is complemented by excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as a structured way of working.
• Your profile is rounded off by very good German and English skills.
