Lexzau, Scharbau GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a Process Excellence Specialist to analyze, design, and optimize global business processes.

You will lead process standardization, engage with stakeholders across functions, and drive improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives. The role includes supporting transformation, digitalization, and system implementations, while creating comprehensive process documentation and governance standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in process management, process engineering, logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, process-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
• Project management skills and experience in cross-functional projects.
• Ability to work independently and drive topics with a high degree of ownership.
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience in process modelling, process optimization and business transformation initiatives.
• Affinity for digitalization, automation and business applications.

• Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.
