Location

This position is home-based in Germany, with occasionally use of our Autorola German subsidiary office in the Hamburg area. You will be formally employed by Autorola Solutions HQ in Denmark and will collaborate closely with colleagues across Europe. You should expect to travel to our HQ in Odense, Denmark approximately 1–2 times per month.

About the team

At Autorola Solutions, we are currently expanding and looking to add new members to our team of Business Process Consultants. You will be part of a diverse and experienced team consisting of 10 consultants in Denmark and 2 in Germany. Your primary focus will be on onboarding customers to Autorola's flagship solution, Fleet Monitor — a workflow solution that integrates with customer systems and supports operations throughout the car lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal. Fleet owners such as banks, leasing companies, dealers, and OEMs rely on our solution to streamline and manage their vehicle processes efficiently.

Your responsibilities

If you are passionate about translating technical digital solutions into valuable outcomes for customers and thrive in a dynamic, international environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as project lead to ensure alignment of goals, scope, timelines, and budgets with all stakeholders using Autorola’s project model.
• Supporting Sales and Key Account Managers in identifying customer-specific needs and matching them with standard or custom functionality in Fleet Monitor.
• Participating in meetings with customers and international colleagues.
• Configuring and integrating solutions according to customer requirements.
• Training customers in the use of Autorola’s solutions.
• Creating user documentation for new features.
• Providing third-level customer support.

You will be part of an international company experiencing strong growth, particularly in Germany, Australia, France, Spain, and the UAE. You will collaborate across borders and time zones to deliver the best solutions. The team supports flexible work arrangements and values work-life balance. Expect a maximum of 20 travel days annually.

Your qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who brings:

• Experience with project management, system implementation, software configuration, and business process optimization.
• Experience with Workflow Management Systems (a plus).
• The ability to turn customer needs into digital, value-adding solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A background working in cross-cultural teams and navigating international environments.
• A strong bridge between IT and business, with understanding of both perspectives.
• High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in German is a clear advantage.
