Job Description:

• Leadership and Project Management: Lead and manage the business process automation team, planning, executing, and overseeing automation projects to ensure timely completion within scope.
• Process Identification and Analysis: Assess business processes for automation potential using process mapping and analysis techniques; develop business cases for new solutions using existing and new systems.
• Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, maintainable, and secure automation solutions using Power Platform and other technologies.
• Power Platform Development: Develop and maintain applications with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps, integrating with other Microsoft and third-party services.
• Collaboration: Share expertise with European and global partners to drive digital transformation and standardization across entities.
• Team Development: Provide training, mentorship, and support to team members to foster high performance and career growth.
