Job Description:
- Leadership and Project Management: Lead and manage the business process automation team, planning, executing, and overseeing automation projects to ensure timely completion within scope.
- Process Identification and Analysis: Assess business processes for automation potential using process mapping and analysis techniques; develop business cases for new solutions using existing and new systems.
- Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, maintainable, and secure automation solutions using Power Platform and other technologies.
- Power Platform Development: Develop and maintain applications with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps, integrating with other Microsoft and third-party services.
- Collaboration: Share expertise with European and global partners to drive digital transformation and standardization across entities.
- Team Development: Provide training, mentorship, and support to team members to foster high performance and career growth.
Ihr Profil
- Extensive experience in project management methods and tools for large automation initiatives.
- Enthusiasm for IT solutions with experience in managing or implementing IT projects.
- Knowledge of software development, programming languages (Python, R), APIs, and databases.
- Understanding of automation technologies such as RPA, BPM, and AI.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects across entities.
- Minimum 5 years in Business Process Automation and Power Platform development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Willingness to travel (~15%).
- Certifications in process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) or automation tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) are desirable.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
